LAUKOA in North Carolina is seeking an Operations Research/Systems Analyst (ORSA) to join our team. The role focuses on mathematical modeling and analytical techniques to support operational planning.

You will work with multiple departments to gather data, build models, and present insights to senior decision-makers through dashboards and reports. A Bachelor's degree and experience in OR or systems analysis are required, with a Secret Clearance preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in OR, math, CS, or related field; master's preferred.
• Experience in operations research or systems analysis.
• Proficiency in modeling and statistical analysis tools.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Secret clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Provide analytical support to the G-3/5 Plans.
• Provide analytical support to the G-3/5/7.
• Develop mathematical models and algorithms to optimize processes and systems.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand business objectives.
• Interpret data and present findings to decision-makers via presentations, dashboards and other formats.
• Provide recommendations for improving efficiency, effectiveness, and performance.
• Stay current on industry trends and advancements in operations research and systems analysis.
• Contribute to development and implementation of organizational strategies based on analytical insights.
