Job summary

ID.me is seeking an experienced leader to drive organizational effectiveness and people strategy from Mountain View, CA. You will partner with senior executives to design and scale processes, systems, and programs that elevate leadership capability and enable enterprise-wide execution.

You will own strategic initiatives spanning business and People functions, shaping culture and operational excellence while guiding talent decisions for sustained growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree in Organizational Development, HR, Business Admin, or Psychology preferred.
• 15+ years of progressive experience in Organizational Effectiveness, Organizational Development, or HR in global, high-growth organizations.
• Understanding of how HR strategy links to business outcomes.
• Experience with organizational diagnostic tools for assessments.
• Knowledge of talent management lifecycle and workforce planning.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor to senior executives with data-driven insights.
• Translate business strategy into talent and organizational action plans.
• Lead enterprise organizational design and restructuring for agility and governance.
• Design and implement leadership development programs.
• Partner with leaders to ensure teams are effective and deliver outcomes.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, HR Ops on enterprise people programs.
• Build trusted relationships quickly with senior executives.
• Lead complex initiatives across organizations through full lifecycle.
• Own the annual cadence of core people processes and reviews.
• Address significant workplace investigations with sound judgement.
