Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a senior organizational development leader to drive strategy across leadership development, talent management and culture initiatives. You will design strategic roadmaps and deliver development programs that align with business objectives across the organization.

You will partner with executives to deploy best practices in learning, change management, and performance consulting, guiding multi-disciplinary teams toward measurable impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Psychology, HR, or related field.
• 10+ years in Organization Development, Learning, Leadership Development, or related area.
• Executive coaching certification preferred.
• Familiarity with personality assessments (MBTI, DISC).
• Experience with 360 feedback and Hogan assessments.
• Certification in off-the-shelf learning programs (DDI or Vital Smarts).
• Certification in organization development or human capital strategy.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-disciplinary projects and strategic initiatives impacting leaders, teams, and the organization.
• Develop the capacity of leaders, individuals, and teams to meet business objectives.
• Provide strategic thought-partnership and consultation on leadership development, talent management, culture building and change management.
• Design and deliver strategic roadmaps, learning, and development initiatives.
• Support the organization’s efforts to adopt and deploy consistent learning and organization development best practices.
