Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a Senior Talent Management leader to guide enterprise succession planning, leadership development, and performance management initiatives. You will partner with the VP of Talent and other senior leaders to mature talent strategies and ensure readiness for critical roles across the organization.

The role emphasizes building scalable processes, using data to drive decisions, and aligning people strategies with business objectives to strengthen leadership and technical talent

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in HR, Business, or related field with relevant experience.
• Experience leading talent management, succession, and development initiatives.
• Proven ability to influence leadership and drive organizational change.
• Advanced Excel/PowerPoint skills and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Lead talent management strategies and succession planning for executive and leadership roles.
• Shape enterprise talent development and leadership readiness initiatives.
• Define success factors and profiles to guide development decisions.
• Design development strategies ensuring leaders receive appropriate experiences and moves.
• Partner with stakeholders to align talent initiatives with business goals.
• Evaluate and improve performance management processes and tools.
• Collaborate with HR, OE, and cross-functional teams to strengthen leadership pipelines.
