You will design, synthesize, characterize, and scale small organic molecules, applying structure–property relationships to tune performance and prepare data for IP filings and technology transfer. Qualifications

• Ph.D. in Chemistry (organic or silane chemistry) required.
• Hands-on experience designing, synthesizing, isolating, and purifying small organic molecules.
• Ability to interpret data from characterization techniques and relate structure to properties.
• Strong written and verbal communication for technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Design, synthesize, isolate, and purify small organic molecules for semiconductor applications.
• Characterize materials (NMR, FTIR, LC, GC, MS) and interpret data to inform performance.
• Plan, execute, and document a defined research program with records for IP filings.
• Collaborate with process/manufacturing engineers to scale chemistries from lab to production.
• Deliver technical presentations to R&D colleagues and internal/external stakeholders.
