Job summary

Accenture is seeking an experienced Organization Change leader to guide clients through AI-enabled transformations. You will design and scale enterprise change programs, leveraging GenAI to accelerate analysis, communications, and learning assets.

You will collaborate with clients to define workforce readiness, governance, and new operating models, while ensuring human accountability and ethical use of technology. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years’ Organization Change Management experience.
• Minimum of 4 years’ experience as a consulting practitioner.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience working on technology-enabled or digital transformation initiatives (GenAI exposure preferred).
• Minimum of 2 years of Software & Platforms or High-Tech Industry experience.
• Applied experience using Generative AI (GenAI) to deliver organizational change work, including analytics, communications, learning content, and governance.

Responsibilities

• Support clients through large-scale reinvention efforts, including reimagining work, workforce models, and human-centered experiences in data-driven environments.
• Lead and design enterprise change programs, helping clients execute and sustain change as roles and skills evolve with technology.
• Partner with clients to define and enable GenAI usage across organizations with governance and accountability.
• Use data, analytics, and AI-enabled insights to assess readiness, adoption, and behavior change.
• Design agile, future-ready change strategies enabling new ways of working with humans and digital tools.
• Apply human-centered design to co-create scalable change journeys and manager enablement content.
• Help clients build lasting change capabilities to adapt as technologies evolve.
• Contribute to Accenture business development through proposals and client relationships.
• Be willing to travel as needed to support clients.
