Crestron Electronics, Inc. is seeking an order processing and pricing support specialist to enter, validate, and execute customer orders in SAP while contributing to global pricing initiatives.

The role involves cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Customer Support, Client Relations, Finance, and Leadership to ensure timely fulfillment and accurate pricing execution.

Qualifications

• High School degree required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 0–2 years’ experience in order processing, pricing, or data entry.
• 0–2 SAP experience.
• Strong knowledge of Excel with reports, pivot tables, and VLOOKUP.
• Order accuracy & attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Review and process various order types requiring specialized handling, ensuring accuracy and compliance with customer requirements.
• Support the pricing team by assisting with reports, transactions, and related communications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure orders are accurately processed in alignment with detailed customer requirements.
• Assess situations and make sound, timely decisions to support efficient order processing.
• Execute tasks independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high accuracy and productivity standards.
• Manage the end-to-end sales order process, from initial order entry through final invoicing.
