Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent and 2+ years related experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of experience interacting with customers or internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Drive processes with cross functional partners to ensure orderbook accuracy and reduce manual workload.
• Analyze customer orderbooks and coordinate actions to improve deliveries and service.
• Ensure accurate integration of customer orders into SAP and verify master data quality.
• Maintain NAM WHS orderbooks from intake to shipment and ensure data cleanliness.
• Interact with Supply Chain, GBS and Tech teams to enable timely flow of delivery notes and hit monthly targets.
• Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities across end-to-end order management.
