adidas is seeking a detail-oriented Order Management professional in Portland to drive accurate orderbooks and streamline processes. You will partner with Sales Operations, Supply Chain, and Tech to maintain clean data and reflect true demand signals for key accounts.

You will push for KPI attainment, identify automation opportunities, and ensure compliance with trade terms while supporting a distributed team across NAM regions. This role offers hybrid work with in-office collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 2+ years related experience or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year experience interacting with customers or internal stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement account specific setup, services, and processes aligned with customer needs and policies.
• Maintain order profiles in compliance with adidas requirements and monitor regularly.
• Ensure accuracy of aged and overdue orderbooks reflecting demand signals.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, GBS and Tech to ensure timely delivery notes and monthly targets.
• Drive KPI achievements for order intake and management processes.
• Identify, implement, and automate end-to-end order integration improvements.
