Job summary

Adidas in Portland, OR seeks a Senior Wholesale Supply Chain Manager to lead a team driving harmonized SCM processes for a priority NAM wholesale accounts. You will focus on demand-supply alignment, monthly planning, outbound operations, and continuous improvement to ensure best-in-class delivery timing.

Qualifications

• College or university degree focused on supply chain management.
• Minimum of 6-8 years of work experience in SCM or customer service in footwear/apparel.
• Minimum of 2-4 years in management or external stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of 5-8 to drive harmonized Wholesale SCM processes for priority NAM accounts.
• Drive KPIs to ensure on-time availability and delivery for priority wholesale customers.
• Support preseason planning and align orders, RID feasibility, and programs.
• Own deployment and fulfillment planning to improve profitability and efficiency.
• Mitigate in-season demand-supply misalignments and manage order book changes across functions.
• Maintain regular sales forecasting for in-season supply and financial planning.
• Analyze data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities and communicate insights to stakeholders.
• Prepare and present weekly, monthly, and quarterly supply chain performance updates.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Order Management, Product Supply, Demand Planning, and Sales.
