Job summary

Drive Capital in Campbell, CA seeks an experienced Senior Order Fulfillment Specialist to own end-to-end customer orders from booking to fulfillment. You will coordinate with Sales, Ops, and Contract Manufacturers to ensure on-time delivery and accurate backlog management.

The ideal candidate brings 5–7+ years in order fulfillment or logistics leadership, strong GSheet/Excel skills, and a startup-friendly mindset.

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years in order fulfillment or logistics leadership.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Process-oriented with a track record managing complex orders.
• Customer service and sales-focused approach.
• Proficient in Google Sheets/Excel (PivotTables, XLOOKUP).
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Startup-friendly, adaptable and resilient.
• Willing to work US East Coast hours; able to accommodate EU time zones.
• Preferred: NetSuite and SFDC experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage high-priority, strategic order backlogs throughout the end-to-end fulfillment lifecycle.
• Drive alignment between customer request dates, shipment commits, material availability, and operational readiness.
• Identify risks, bottlenecks, and delays; establish mitigation plans before customer impact.
• Ensure backlog notes, commits, milestones, and status updates are accurate.
• Serve as the senior operational contact for Contract Manufacturers (CMs) and drive accountability.
• Follow up on shipment commits, ASN tracking, and fulfillment readiness.
• Manage escalation gaps and supply issues with CM leadership and internal stakeholders.
• Lead cross-functional synchronization with Order Mgmt, Supply Base, Sales, and RevOps.
• Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and data visibility.
