The One 23 Group in Columbus, OH is seeking a senior technical SME for the DCP Solution Design Team, supporting the DISN provisioning effort. You will act as a technical shift lead, providing day-to-day direction, coaching, and quality support while performing solution design work.

The SME will maintain expert knowledge of Solution Design processes and the provisioning lifecycle, lead technical training, review high-risk work, and help develop the team's technical capability to ensure accurate

Qualifications

• Active Secret clearance is required to apply.
• Six+ years of military or related technical experience.
• Experience with DISN provisioning and solution design is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Serve as technical escalation point for complex designs and issues.
• Maintain expert knowledge of the DISN provisioning lifecycle.
• Lead training, coaching, and mentoring for Solution Design personnel.
• Review high-risk work products for technical accuracy and compliance.
• Coordinate with internal teams and government stakeholders to obtain clarification.
• Assist with shift workload, priorities, and delegation within authority.
