Job summary

Schneider Electric is seeking a Senior Business Analyst – Order Engineering to lead order engineering requirements and develop the SAP backlog. You will support the Product Owner in ERP transitions, transfer SAP knowledge, and work with stakeholders to define needs and implement enhancements.

You will ensure end-to-end process readiness for manufacturing plants, contribute to documentation localization, and drive organizational change through collaborative Workshops and data-driven analysis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (application/mechanical) is required.
• 3+ years of work experience in order engineering or plant engineering.
• Knowledge of order engineering operations and business processes across plants.
• Familiarity with ACE, Order Engineering systems, and Order Data Management systems.
• Experience with Engineer-to-Order, Configure-to-Order, and Make-to-Order processes.
• Strong data analysis skills and ability to influence change.
• Change management and communication skills; leadership abilities.
• Ability to balance workload across multiple priorities and projects.
• Listening, negotiation, decision making and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Lead identification of order engineering requirements and develop the SAP customer story backlog.
• Support Product Owner in resolving issues between legacy and future ERP systems.
• Transfer SAP knowledge to Key Users, data owners, and local management.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand needs and capture feedback for enhancements.
• Lead stakeholder workshops and validate end-to-end process flows for plants.
• Contribute to localization of project documentation and site readiness activities.
• Represent the program as the business lead with understanding of current processes and systems.
• Own business transformation decisions, data accuracy, and change management.
