Job summary

Schneider Electric is seeking a Senior Business Analyst – Order Engineering to lead the definition of order engineering requirements and backlog for SAP. You will act as a Change Agent, supporting the Product Owner as legacy and future ERP systems evolve, and you will transfer SAP knowledge to Key Users, data owners, and local management.

You will work with stakeholders to understand needs, capture enhancements, lead workshops, and contribute to end-to-end process flows for plants.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required.
• 3+ years of experience in order engineering/plant engineering.
• Knowledge of order engineering operations and business processes.

Responsibilities

• Identify order engineering requirements and develop SAP customer story backlog.
• Support Product Owner in resolving legacy vs future ERP issues.
• Transfer SAP knowledge to Key Users and data owners.
• Lead stakeholder workshops and capture user feedback for enhancements.
• Ensure site readiness, planning, training, and audit readiness.
