Job summary

Maini Consulting is seeking an Oracle Order Management Functional Lead in Alpharetta, GA. You will drive end-to-end Oracle EBS and Fusion Cloud SCM design, configuration, and validation for clients in healthcare and life sciences.

Remote work with travel to client sites is expected. You will lead workshops, document future-state processes, and own design artifacts while coordinating with technical teams on integrations and data mappings.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle EBS and Fusion Cloud SCM (Order Management, Pricing, Procurement).
• Led 2+ full cycle implementations of Oracle Cloud Fusion from initiation to go-live.
• Experience in medical devices, life sciences, or healthcare industries is a plus.
• Strong stakeholder management, workshop facilitation, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirement workshops and document future-state processes and gaps.
• Design and configure Oracle EBS and Fusion Cloud SCM solutions across OM, Pricing, and Procurement.
• Drive end-to-end solution validation: test strategy, SIT/UAT support, defect triage, and resolution coordination.
• Own design artifacts and support knowledge transfer.
• Collaborate with technical teams on integrations (FBDI/ADFdi, REST/SOAP, file-based interfaces).
• Support cutover planning, go-live hyper care, and stakeholder status updates.
• Present solution options, trade-offs, and best-practice recommendations.
