Job summary

Maini LLC seeks an Oracle SCM Inventory Functional Lead to design and configure Oracle EBS and Fusion Cloud Inventory solutions, lead requirement workshops, document future-state processes and gaps, and own key design artifacts such as process flows and test scripts.

You will partner with technical teams on integrations (FBDI/ADFdi, REST/SOAP), drive end-to-end validation, support cutover and go-live, and present best-practice recommendations to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• 5+ years in Oracle EBS and Fusion Cloud SCM (Inventory).
• Led multiple full-cycle Oracle Cloud Fusion implementations.
• End-to-end process expertise in healthcare/medical devices.
• Strong workshop facilitation and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirement workshops; document future-state processes, gaps, and fit-to-standard decisions.
• Design and configure Oracle EBS and Fusion Cloud SCM solutions across Inventory.
• Drive end-to-end solution validation: test strategy, SIT/UAT support, defect triage.
• Own design artifacts: process flows, configuration workbooks, training content.
• Partner with technical teams on integrations (FBDI/ADFdi, REST/SOAP).
• Support cutover planning, go-live, and provide status updates to stakeholders.
• Advise customers on options, trade-offs, and best-practice recommendations.
