Job summary

The Wonderful Company in Fresno, CA seeks a Senior Business Systems Analyst specializing in Oracle SCM to lead Order to Cash and related SCM implementations. The role spans Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM, EBS, and integration with adjacent modules, guiding requirements, design, and testing across on-site and offshore teams.

With 8–10 years in enterprise applications and Oracle SCM expertise, you will drive solutions, training, and documentation while collaborating with business and IT to support

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of experience with enterprise applications and at least 2 years in Oracle Fusion SCM modules.
• Three full lifecycle supply chain implementations in recent Oracle releases.
• Strong expertise in Order Management, Purchasing, and Inventory modules.
• Foundational knowledge of master data, AR, and e-commerce.
• Technical knowledge of Oracle ERP architecture, PL/SQL, and custom logic within ERP systems.
• Willingness to learn, implement, and support new applications and technologies.
• Understanding of OUM or equivalent methodology and milestone-based task management.
• Ability to handle multi-project environments and serve multiple internal customers.
• Knowledge of industry best practices and standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM projects across on-site and offshore teams.
• Define solutions across OMS, Purchasing, Inventory, and other SCM modules.
• Create requirements, functional specs, and test scenarios to support IT implementation.
• Document solutions and processes and develop integrated SCM solutions with related apps (OTM, EDI, WMS).
• Collaborate with Business and IT on digital transformation initiatives including RPA and analytics.
• Develop and maintain project plans; assign tasks to partners and internal resources.
• Monitor progress and communicate status to stakeholders; coordinate distributed development.
• Identify, evaluate, and resolve day-to-day SCM system issues; train end users.
