Job summary

Lumentum is seeking an Oracle SCM Functional Lead to support the Order-to-Fulfillment, Supply Chain, and Operations function in San Jose, CA. The role focuses on IT system requirements and managing key business systems projects across EBS and Oracle Cloud planning applications.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years' experience with Oracle EBS SCM and 5+ years with Oracle Cloud Planning, with strong knowledge of forecasting, MRP/MPS, inventory, and order management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• 10+ years with Oracle EBS SCM modules.
• 5+ years with Oracle Cloud Planning applications.
• Strong understanding of forecasting, demand planning, MRP/MPS, order fulfillment, purchasing, inventory control.
• Experience with PL/SQL, SQL queries, data migration, and integration technologies (REST/SOAP).
• Hands-on experience with EBS-to-Cloud coexistence models is a plus.
• Certifications such as Oracle Cloud SCM (Planning or Supply Chain) and APICS CPIM/CSCP are optional.

Responsibilities

• Act as the application and process SME for the supply chain planning functions.
• Lead and manage business systems projects from initiation through deployment.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, procurement, Order Management, logistics and finance teams to drive process efficiencies.
• Implement, configure, and support Oracle EBS modules: INV, PO, OM, BOM, WIP.
• Lead implementation and support of Oracle Cloud modules: DM, SP, S&OP.
• Analyze requirements and translate to functional/technical specs.
• Participate in solution architecture discussions and provide SCM transformation recommendations.
• Ensure data accuracy, master data governance, and integration consistency.
• Develop BRD, MD50, BP080, test scripts, training materials.
• Troubleshoot, manage enhancements, and support production operations.
• Work with developers on customizations and interfaces.
• Perform end-to-end testing including regression and integration testing.
• Support upgrades and lifecycle activities in EBS and Oracle Cloud.
• Provide user training and change-management support.
