Capgemini in Jersey City (Hybrid) is seeking a strong Oracle/ETL specialist. You will develop and optimize Oracle procedures, ETL processes, and data modeling to support large vendor datasets. The role includes performance tuning and real-time streaming workloads across UI to DB layers.

The ideal candidate has deep Oracle SQL/PLSQL skills, Unix scripting, and hands-on experience with data quality and automation tools. Day One onsite with hybrid arrangements, competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Strong Oracle 11g/12c experience.
• ETL processing with Python and Unix batch jobs.
• QA for tasks and data quality checks.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize Oracle procedures, functions, triggers, and packages.
• ETL and real-time data processing across streams.
• Load and cleanse large datasets from multiple vendors.
• Tune SQL/PLSQL and build optimized objects.
• Create Unix shell scripts to automate batch jobs and reports.
• Data modeling, design specs, risk analysis.
• Document data mappings and change requests for changes.
• Write complex queries to diagnose interfaces and failures.
• Automate flat file loading to Oracle using SQL*Loader.
