Tek Dallas Inc. is seeking an Oracle OPM Functional Consultant or Senior/Principal Consultant for a hybrid position in Boston, MA. The role requires extensive Oracle Applications experience, including R12 implementations, upgrades, and support, with involvement across all project phases.

Excellent communication and leadership skills are essential to guide a small team and craft business process models aligned with client requirements and industry best practices.

Qualifications

• Min 7-12 years of experience in Oracle Applications.
• Should have worked on implementations/upgrades and support projects.
• Must have R12 implementation experience.
• Should be well versed with implementation methodology, business flows and documentation.
• Adept at creating business process models based on the requirements.
• Adept at mapping industry trends and best practices to the client's unique requirements and processes to determine applicable fit.
• Capable of defining, architecting and re-engineering business processes.
• Adept at working with clients to develop testing scenarios and test scripts and leading teams in unit, integration and acceptance testing.
• Should be a good team player with leadership skills to lead a small team.

Responsibilities

• Lead Oracle Applications implementations and upgrades across project phases.
• Architect and re-engineer business processes to fit client needs.
• Develop testing scenarios and test scripts; oversee unit/integration/acceptance testing.
• Collaborate with clients and teams; communicate progress and findings.
