Job summary

HCLTech is seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Functional Consultant with 8+ years of implementation and support experience. You will drive 4+ Oracle Cloud HCM full lifecycle implementations across multiple modules, including Core HR, Absence Management, Talent Management, and OTL. Strong data migration skills and hands-on Redwood/VBCS are required.

Leaders with proven delivery track records, excellent communication, and ability to guide teams through complex projects will thrive in this role.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Implementation/Support experience in Oracle HCM Applications as Functional Consultant.
• At least 4 full lifecycle Oracle Cloud HCM implementations as a Functional Consultant.
• Experience in any 4 modules: Core HR (MUST), Absence Management, Talent Management, Workforce Compensation, OTL - Oracle Time & Labor.
• Good understanding of Data Migration and loading; Hands-on experience on Redwood/VBCS (MUST).
• Delivery methodology knowledge with leadership and team management experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Job description

• Good understanding on Data Migration and loading.
• Hands-on experience on Redwood/VBCS(MUST)
• Experience in other modules will be added advantage.
• Should have a solid understanding of delivery methodology and must have led teams in the implementation of solutions according to the design and architecture.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills are essential, and the candidate must be able to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical staff.
• Should have a proven track record of leadership and team management, demonstrating the ability to provide strategic planning and oversight.
• Should have a proven track record of delivering solutions within defined timeframes while performing work and managing complex and/or large consulting projects.
• At least 4 full lifecycle Oracle Cloud HCM implementations, working as a Functional Consultant.
