Job summary

People Consultancy Services (PCS) seeks an Oracle OPM Functional Consultant with 7–12 years of Oracle Applications experience. The role covers implementations, upgrades and ongoing support, requiring R12 expertise and strong client-facing communication.

You will map business processes, lead testing efforts and guide a small project team through multiple phases. Candidates should be adept at documenting business flows and be comfortable presenting to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 7–12 years of experience with Oracle Applications.
• Experience in full lifecycle implementations, upgrades and production support.
• R12 implementation experience required.
• Involvement across all project phases with strong methodologies.
• Ability to map business processes and document flows.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to lead testing (unit/integration/acceptance) and document test scenarios.
• Capable of leading a small team and coordinating client work.

Responsibilities

• Lead Oracle Apps delivery across modules with client teams.
• Define and re-engineer business processes across client environments.
• Develop testing scenarios and scripts; oversee unit/integration/acceptance testing.
• Prepare documentation and run workshops to capture requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure solutions fit client needs.
