Job summary

CFS is seeking an experienced Lead OIC Developer to own and evolve its Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and OCI ecosystem across a growing enterprise environment.

You will serve as the primary owner for Oracle Fusion integrations, monitor and improve interfaces, and provide governance for the integration landscape. Strong SDLC skills and stakeholder collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

4+ years hands-on Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) experience.
Experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
Experience with Oracle Cloud applications, particularly Supply Chain and Manufacturing solutions.
Experience with Oracle implementations, migrations, or large-scale integration projects.
Full SDLC experience, including design, implementation, testing, deployment, support, and monitoring.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and stakeholder communication skills.
Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, JSON, XML, and integration best practices.

Responsibilities

Identify process improvements and resolve integration performance or stability issues.

Define integration standards, best practices, and future-state architecture.
Partner with business and IT stakeholders to develop Oracle Fusion integration roadmaps and strategy.
Ensure solutions are secure, scalable, maintainable, and aligned with long-term business objectives.
Mentor team members and coordinate with implementation partners and vendors when required.
