Job summary

EY is seeking an Oracle MDM Functional Senior to translate client requirements into practical Oracle Utilities MDM solutions within C2M or CCS. You will collaborate with client stakeholders and EY teams to support design, configuration, testing and knowledge transfer, while coaching junior members and maintaining an inclusive, high-performing environment.

Role emphasizes hands-on functional delivery, workshop facilitation, and alignment of scope with project leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience with Oracle Utilities implementations, preferably in Oracle MDM, C2M or CCS.
• Experience with Oracle Utilities Application Framework and requirements, configuration, testing and defect resolution.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into functional Oracle MDM solutions for client engagements.
• Lead design workshops and document functional designs for RICE objects.
• Coordinate with interfaces, data conversion and integration workstreams while managing risks and issues.
• Coach junior team members and support knowledge transfer to the client project team.
• Ensure deliverables are accurate, timely and aligned with client expectations.
