Job summary

EY is seeking an Oracle MDM Functional Senior to translate business requirements into Oracle Utilities MDM solutions (C2M/CCS). You will work with client stakeholders and EY teams to design, configure, test, and deliver outcomes, coaching junior staff in a collaborative, inclusive environment.

You will participate in discovery, design workshops, and ensure quality delivery while traveling up to 75%. EY offers a hybrid work model and a robust Total Rewards package, including medical/dental

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Deep understanding of Meter Data Management functions.
• At least 3 years with Oracle Utilities implementations (MDM, C2M or CCS).
• Experience with Oracle Utilities Framework and testing/defect resolution.
• Ability to collaborate with customers and across departments.
• Experience supporting business process change and client communications.
• Strong business analysis, facilitation, writing, and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into functional Oracle Utilities MDM solutions.
• Design, configure and deliver MDM solutions meeting client needs.
• Facilitate workshops, document requirements and development plans.
• Manage scope, risks, issues, and deliverables with project leadership.
• Coordinate interfaces, data conversion, and training activities.
• Support testing, defect triage, and knowledge transfer to client teams.
