Job summary

EY is seeking an Oracle MDM Functional Senior to translate business requirements into functional solutions within Oracle Utilities MDM, C2M, or CCS. You’ll collaborate with client stakeholders and EY teams to design, configure, test, and support knowledge transfer, coaching junior members and fostering an inclusive, high-performing team.

You will drive functional design decisions, manage scope and risks, and participate in workshops to ensure successful rollouts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• In-depth understanding of Meter Data Management functions.
• At least 3 years of experience with Oracle Utilities implementations, especially MDM, C2M or CCS.
• Experience with Oracle Utilities Application Framework.
• Knowledge of requirements, configuration, testing, and defect resolution.
• Ability to work with customers and across different departments.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into functional Oracle solutions.
• Collaborate with client stakeholders and EY teams on design, configuration and testing.
• Lead discovery, requirements gathering and design sessions.
• Develop functional designs and support RICE objects.
• Manage scope, risks, and issues; support mitigation.
• Coach junior team members and promote inclusive, high-performing environment.
• Travel up to 75% as needed.
