Job summary

Eliassen Group is seeking a Sr. Engineer – Oracle HCM Integrations for a remote-to-hire role. You will lead Oracle HCM and enterprise HR integrations, provide architecture leadership, and oversee production support across HR, payroll, benefits, and related systems.

The position requires hands-on expertise with Oracle HCM Cloud, Oracle Integration Cloud, HCM APIs, and integration tooling. The assignment starts remote, with a path to hybrid and full-time employment after six months, with commuting

Qualifications

10+ years of enterprise app engineering, HCM integrations, or related experience.
Hands-on with Oracle HCM Cloud, OIC, HCM APIs and HDL/HSDL.
Experience with REST/SOAP, iPaaS, and CI/CD practices.

Responsibilities

Lead design, development, support, and optimization of Oracle HCM integrations.
Serve as technical lead and escalation point for HCM-related integration issues.
Architect and support integrations with payroll, benefits, retirement, equity, IAM, and enterprise systems.
Provide architecture reviews, code reviews, testing oversight, deployment support, and production troubleshooting.
Establish CI/CD, source control, monitoring, documentation, automated testing, and release management best practices.
Develop runbooks, cross-training plans, and knowledge transfer initiatives.
Partner with HR, Payroll, Benefits, Finance, Security, IT, and vendors.
Mentor engineers and promote engineering standards and operational excellence.
Support roadmap planning, vendor management, and delivery execution.
Participate in Agile processes, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and Jira reporting.
