Job summary

Apps Associates is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead technology implementation projects with significant Oracle HCM Cloud footprint. You will drive cross-functional delivery with onshore/offshore teams, define project scope, and manage budgets and timelines.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years of consulting experience and proven success in multiple full life-cycle implementations, including Oracle HCM Cloud modules such as Core HR and Payroll. Travel up to 75% may be required.

Qualifications

• Requires a BA/BS or equivalent with focus in business or IS; 12+ years if no bachelor.
• 8+ years of consulting experience; senior or manager level.
• Led at least six full life-cycle implementations as PM.
• Led at least three Oracle HCM Cloud implementations with Core HR, Payroll, etc.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management across teams.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with client contacts to manage cross-functional project teams.
• Coordinate with onshore and offshore teams to deliver projects.
• Manage project execution with technical leads and business partners.
• Lead scoping, define measurable success factors, and track progress.
• Control cost, time, and quality; maintain project plans and artifacts.
• Provide status to stakeholders and ensure alignment with budgets.
