Job summary

Deloitte's Government & Public Services GPS practice seeks a Senior Consultant to lead Oracle HCM Cloud integrations across enterprise systems in the United States. You will coordinate design, data mapping, and validation to ensure compliant and scalable HR technology solutions.

The role requires 5+ years of Oracle HCM Cloud delivery, collaboration with HR and security teams, and up to 50% travel. A Bachelor’s degree and US work authorization are required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years delivering Oracle HCM Cloud technical solutions.
• 2+ years leading integrations for a full-life cycle implementation of Oracle Cloud HCM.
• Ability to obtain and maintain the required Public Trust clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Ability to travel up to 50%, based on work and clients served.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, coordination, and delivery of Oracle HCM Cloud integrations across enterprise systems.
• Define integration strategy and oversee inbound/outbound interfaces, middleware coordination, data mapping, and end-to-end validation.
• Partner with HR, security, and technology stakeholders to ensure solutions meet functional, technical, and compliance requirements.
• Lead data conversion planning and execution including extraction, cleansing, transformation, load support, reconciliation, and cutover readiness.
• Manage technical risks, dependencies, defects, and issue resolution across integrations and conversions throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support testing, deployment, go-live, and post-production stabilization to ensure successful Oracle HCM Cloud outcomes.
