Job summary

IBM Consulting is seeking a Senior Oracle Payroll Cloud Consultant to join its FutureNow practice in the UK. You will deliver end-to-end Oracle Cloud HCM payroll solutions for public and private sector clients, participating across the consulting lifecycle and collaborating with cross-functional teams on design, configuration and delivery.

Qualifications

• Up to 10 years of functional experience delivering Oracle Payroll Cloud Applications.
• Multiple full Oracle Cloud Implementations cycles.
• Demonstrated experience in Solution Design, Requirements Analysis, Functional Design Configuration Documentation, Troubleshooting and Integration Architecture.
• Experience working with technical teams for Interface design, development and testing.
• Ability to multi-task and to work independently.
• Strong client facing, communication and client management skills.
• A good understanding of Application Implementation methodologies.
• Ability to travel to client sites.
• Demonstrable functional skills: designing and configuring Oracle Payroll solutions including payroll elements, fast formula, pension schemes & absence schemes.
• Sound understanding of related modules: Absence, Time & Labour, Compensation.
• Knowledge of UK payroll legislation (PAYE, NI, Auto Enrolment, Salary Sacrifice, RTI).
• Has proven, full lifecycle implementation experience delivering Oracle based HCM solutions.

Responsibilities

• Participate in all phases of the consulting lifecycle.
• Lead requirement analysis and solution design activities.
• Configure and deploy solutions and ensure project deliverables are met.
• Contribute to proposal development and demonstrate applicability to customers.
• Help build Oracle Cloud capabilities and offerings.
