Job summary

IBM Consulting UK FutureNow seeks a Consultant to contribute to all phases of the consulting lifecycle, focusing on Oracle HCM Cloud and Payroll Cloud implementations. You will work with client teams on requirements, design and configuration, and support migration, testing, and go-live activities.

Expect collaboration with cross-functional teams, travel to client sites, and engagement across public and private sectors.

Qualifications

• Up to 5 years of functional experience delivering Oracle HCM and Payroll Cloud Applications
• Minimum of 3 full Oracle Cloud Implementations cycles
• Demonstrated experience in Solution Design, Requirements Analysis, Functional Design Configuration Documentation, Troubleshooting and Integration Architecture
• Experience working with technical teams for Interface design, development and testing
• Ability to multi-task and to work independently
• Strong client facing, communication and client management skills
• A good understanding of Application Implementation methodologies
• Ability to travel to client sites.
• Demonstrable functional skills in Oracle Fusion Cloud data migration, mapping, transformation and reconciliation

Responsibilities

• As Consultant, contribute to all phases of the consulting lifecycle with a customer-facing focus
• Participate in Requirement Analysis, Business Process Documentation and Solution Design
• Support configuration, deployment and delivery, ensuring project deliverables are met
• Contribute to proposal development and demonstrate applications to potential customers
• Collaborate with technical teams on interface design, development and testing
