Job summary

Infosys Oracle unit is seeking a Package Project Lead 2 to drive ERP initiatives for multinational clients in Portland, OR. You will define objectives, align with stakeholders, and guide delivery across Finance and Supply Chain processes.

Responsibilities include coordinating cross-functional teams, improving methodologies, managing budgets, and preparing technical proposals. A strong background in Oracle Financials Cloud and ERP finance is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in Oracle ERP Finance – AP, AR, GL modules with exposure to cash management.
• Experience in Procure-to-Pay and Order-to-Cash processes.
• Experience with solution design (FDDs, solution architecture, process flows).
• Experience in conduct conference room pilots, support testing (SIT, UAT) and production deployments.
• Experience in Oracle Financials Cloud (GL, AP & AR).
• Experience in Logistics & Transportation, Freight & Logistics services.

Responsibilities

• Define project objectives and scope in alignment with business goals, ensuring efficient delivery in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Coordinate sprint planning and meetings with technical teams and stakeholders while building and maintaining relationships with mid-level and senior client representatives.
• Evaluate project deliverables and drive initiatives to adopt new methodologies and tools that enhance project execution and outcomes.
• Identify and mitigate risks proactively while working with quality assurance teams to embed quality planning into project workflows and deliverables.
• Develop and run project estimates, monitor budget performance, and optimize resource allocation for efficiency.
• Support the preparation of technical and commercial proposals, aligning them with client needs and organizational capabilities.
• Engage in planning resource allocation, conduct performance appraisals, and facilitate professional development to enhance team effective.
