Job summary

Infosys is a global leader in Oracle services, seeking a Package Project Lead 3 to drive cross-functional ERP Cloud projects in the US. You will engage with senior stakeholders, define scope, and refine PM processes to deliver cohesive outcomes and Go-to-Market strategies.

The role emphasizes financial controls, risk management, and organizational change leadership, with multiple Oracle cloud implementations and a Bachelor’s degree required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required.
• Experience in Oracle ERP Cloud PPM modules, Project Financials Management and Project Execution Management.
• Experience in Oracle Project Management Cloud.
• Experience in Oracle Financials Cloud (GL, AP & AR).
• Hands-on in solution development / configurations for Oracle PPM modules.
• Certified Oracle PPM Cloud modules.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and data-driven decision-making to ensure cohesive project execution and alignment with objectives.
• Engage with senior stakeholders and executive leadership to define project scope and foster consensus for successful outcomes.
• Evaluate and refine project management processes by incorporating best practices for improved efficiency and effectiveness.
• Establish quality benchmarks and implement risk management strategies to enhance project outcomes and mitigate organizational risks.
• Monitor project margins and ensure alignment between actual performance and financial targets.
• Develop RFP responses and participate in client discussions to finalize commercial estimates and drive Go-to-Market strategies.
• Engage in resource allocation, and set performance objectives to align team efforts with project goals.
• Lead organizational change initiatives and design training roadmaps to ensure smooth adoption of project-driven transformations.
