Job summary

PeerSource seeks an Oracle HCM Architect to lead the architecture and delivery of scalable enterprise HCM solutions across Oracle HCM Cloud, data migration, integrations, and QA cycles from design to production.

You will direct cross-functional teams, manage external vendors, ensure security and governance, and coordinate with business and data teams to align the HCM roadmap with enterprise standards while supporting a hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of enterprise HCM delivery with Oracle HCM Cloud.
• Full lifecycle Oracle HCM implementations: design, build, test, deploy.
• Experience with consulting or professional services firms.
• Broad Oracle HCM modules knowledge: Core HR, Talent, Payroll, Benefits, Time & Labor, Absence, Recruiting, Learning, Compensation.
• REST/SOAP APIs, HDL, HCM Extracts, Fast Formula expertise.
• Strong SDLC, QA, release management, and Agile/SAFe experience.
• Leadership of distributed teams and external vendors.
• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end technical delivery across Core HR, Talent, Payroll, Benefits, Time & Labor, Absence, Recruiting, Learning, and Compensation.
• Own solution architecture and design, translating requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Direct Oracle HCM configuration, development, integrations, reporting, and data migration.
• Design repeatable HCM data migration and integration approaches supporting acquisitions.
• Lead distributed Oracle developers, integration and data specialists, and vendors.
• Govern delivery across the enterprise SDLC, including testing and release planning.
• Manage Oracle quarterly releases, impact assessments, regression testing, and platform readiness.
• Partner with product owners and data teams to maintain the HCM roadmap with governance.
