Job summary

Soap Creek Resources is seeking an experienced Oracle/enterprise applications developer to support a growing Fusion/Utilities environment. The role is hands-on, linking business needs with technical solutions across development, configuration, and integrations.

You will work with data engineers and architects to ensure enterprise standards, troubleshoot issues, and participate in testing and stabilization activities. Hybrid work is available with a strong internal development focus.

Qualifications

• Fifteen+ years of experience in enterprise app development or related field.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion (Utilities Cloud preferred) or a comparable ERP platform.
• Experience with Oracle CCS or Oracle Operations & Field Service platforms (WACS / OFS).
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Systems; transcripts may be required.
• Authorized to work in the USA without sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Configure, develop, and support Oracle Fusion/Utilities applications.
• Collaborate with business teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Develop and maintain integrations, extensions, reports, and data extracts.
• Support data conversion, validation, and reconciliation activities.
• Coordinate with data engineers and application architects to align with standards.
• Troubleshoot application issues and maintain system reliability.
• Participate in system testing, UAT, and post-implementation stabilization.
• Document configurations, integrations, and technical designs.
