Job summary

The Recruiting Hive is seeking an experienced Oracle/enterprise applications developer to support a growing Fusion/Utilities environment. This hands-on role involves development, configuration, integrations, reporting, data activities, troubleshooting, and ongoing support across business and IT teams.

Ideal candidates have 15+ years in enterprise app development, a utilities/regulated industry background, and strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience supporting enterprise application development, systems analysis, or a related discipline.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion (Utilities Cloud preferred) or comparable enterprise ERP platform, including major transitions.
• Experience with Oracle CCS (Customer Cloud Service) – care, service orders, metering, billing.
• Experience with Oracle Operations & field service platforms (WACS/OFS).
• Deep experience with enterprise application configuration, extensions, or development.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IS or related field; transcripts required.
• Legally authorized to work in the USA without sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Configure, develop, and support Oracle Fusion/Utilities applications.
• Collaborate with business teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Develop and maintain integrations, extensions, reports, and data extracts.
• Support data conversion, validation, and reconciliation activities.
• Coordinate with data engineers and architects to align with enterprise standards.
• Troubleshoot application issues and support system reliability.
• Participate in system testing, UAT, and post-implementation stabilization.
• Document configurations, integrations, and technical designs.
• Work with vendors and partners to support knowledge transfer and long-term support.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
