Job summary

Mythics, Inc. seeks a Product Lifecycle & Quality Lead to act as the functional design authority for Oracle Fusion PLM and Quality within a cloud SCM transformation.

You will own the configuration of product master data, item governance, engineering changes, and product-traceability across lifecycle stages. In this role you translate compliance requirements into PLM/Quality processes, collaborate with cross‑functional teams, and define system‑of‑record responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Supply Chain Management, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• U.S. citizen and eligible to obtain a U.S. Government security clearance.
• 8+ years of experience implementing Oracle SCM, PLM, Product Hub, or Quality solutions, including at least two full-cycle Oracle Fusion implementations.
• Hands-on experience with product master data, BOMs, engineering change, configuration management, and engineering-to-manufacturing processes.
• Experience designing and implementing quality processes within ISO 9001, AS9100, or similarly regulated manufacturing environments.
• Experience integrating Oracle Fusion with an engineering PLM platform such as Teamcenter, Windchill, or ENOVIA, including definition of system-of-record responsibilities.
• Experience designing lot and serial traceability, inspection, nonconformance, corrective action, and/or supplier quality processes.
• Working knowledge of role-based access control, Segregation of Duties, controlled technical data, and export‑control access requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead configuration of item classes, product attributes, catalogs, numbering schemes, lifecycle phases, item statuses, and item organizations.
• Define product master governance, including creation, enrichment, review, approval, release, change, and retirement processes.
• Establish data-quality standards and approval workflows for items, product structures, specifications, attachments, and related master data.
• Partner with Manufacturing, Planning, Procurement, Inventory, Order Management, and Finance functional leads to ensure product data supports end-to-end business processes.
• Define how controlled technical attributes and information are stored and governed throughout the product lifecycle.
