Mythics seeks a Supply Chain Planning Lead to own the design and configuration of Oracle Fusion Cloud Demand Management, Supply Planning, and S&OP within a Fusion ERP transformation. You will define planning scope, forecast processes, and hierarchies, shaping governance and collaboration with suppliers and internal teams.

Qualifications

• 8+ years implementing Oracle supply chain planning solutions.
• Hands-on experience designing demand management, supply planning, inventory planning, or S&OP processes.
• Experience with RBAC, SoD, and controlled-data access in planning.
• US citizen eligible to obtain a US Government security clearance.
• Experience with Oracle Fusion Planning implementations and related tools.

Responsabilités

• Lead Demand Management design and configuration, including forecast methods and planning hierarchies.
• Lead Supply Planning design, including make/buy rules, capacity constraints, and planning exclusions.
• Design Sales & Operations Planning cadence, scenarios, and decision rights for executive alignment.
• Define planning data readiness criteria and data-ownership mapping for planning.
• Ensure controlled-data access and compliance within planning processes and reports.
• Support testing, go-live readiness, and transition to production for Fusion planning.
