Job summary

Mythics, Inc. is seeking a Product Lifecycle & Quality Lead to serve as the functional design authority for Oracle Fusion PLM and Quality within a government-grade transformation.

You will own design, configuration, and governance of product master data, BOMs, engineering changes, and traceability across lifecycle stages. The role collaborates with Federal Compliance, Legal, Security, and IT, translating compliance into PLM controls and ensuring data integrity, access control, and end‑to‑end

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent).
• U.S. citizen eligible for security clearance.
• 8+ years implementing Oracle SCM, PLM, Product Hub, or Quality solutions, incl. two full-cycle Oracle Fusion implementations.
• Hands-on experience with product master data, BOMs, engineering change, configuration management.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and configuration of PLM and Quality processes across item governance, BOMs, and product structures (as described).
• Define system-of-record responsibilities between Oracle Fusion and PLM platforms.
• Oversee engineering change, configuration management, and traceability across lifecycle stages.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and export-control requirements within PLM and Quality.
• Develop test scenarios and go-live readiness for PLM and Quality implementations.
