Job summary

Mythics is seeking a Product Lifecycle & Quality Lead to act as the functional design authority for Oracle Fusion PLM and Quality within a broad enterprise transformation. You will own the configuration of product master data, item governance, engineering change, and traceability, while translating federal compliance requirements into practical PLM controls.

Qualifications

Experience in leading PLM and Quality governance in large-scale ERP implementations.
Strong knowledge of regulatory controls (CUI/ITAR/DFARS) and traceability requirements.
Ability to translate compliance and export-control requirements into PLM/Quality processes.

Responsibilities

Own and design PLM and Quality configurations, data governance, and lifecycle controls.
Define CSRs for items, BOMs, drawings, specs, and attachments across systems.
Lead cross-functional teams to align PLM with manufacturing, planning, procurement, and quality.
Define system-of-record responsibilities and integration requirements across PLM and ERP domains.
Develop testing scenarios and support go-live readiness for PLM and Quality.
