Job summary

Peterson Technology Partners is seeking a Sr Developer Oracle Fusion (PLM) to lead architecture, design and hands-on development across PLM modules. You will work with vendor teams to validate solutions, align with ERP best practices and ensure timely delivery.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, data governance and ongoing platform optimization. Required: 5+ years Oracle ERP development, 3+ years Fusion development, two full-cycle Fusion implementations, and UI experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
• Experience with Oracle Fusion implementations in Manufacturing with at least two full-cycle implementations.
• 5+ years of Oracle ERP solutions development with cross-functional integrations.
• 3+ years of Fusion Development experience (OIC, VBCS, FBDI, SQL/PLSQL, OTBI, SOAP/REST APIs, Fusion Data Models).
• 1+ year of Redwood UI experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical solution architecture and end-to-end Oracle Fusion delivery across modules.
• Design scalable, robust solutions translating business needs into technical strategy.
• Develop CEMLI & RICE components for the Fusion platform.
• Define build, deployment, and release strategies; support automation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into Oracle ERP solutions.
• Oversee platform operations, licensing, health monitoring, and upgrades.
