Job summary

CGS Business Solutions is seeking a Sr Oracle Fusion Developer (PLM) for a full-time hybrid role in California. You will lead technical design and development across Oracle Fusion PLM tracks, partner with vendor teams, and deliver scalable ERP solutions that drive business value.

You will mentor teams, enforce coding standards, and manage data governance while shaping architecture and collaboration with cross‑functional stakeholders in Manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT or related field required.
• 5+ years of Oracle ERP development experience.
• 3+ years of Oracle Fusion development experience (OIC, VBCS, FBDI, OTBI).
• Experience with Oracle Fusion implementations in Manufacturing vertical.

Responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end Oracle Fusion solutions across modules and processes.
• Lead technical analysis, design, and deployment activities.
• Develop scalable, robust architectures and guide vendor implementations.
• Build CEMLI & RICE components for Oracle Fusion platform.
• Define build, release, and deployment strategies and ensure security and governance.
