Job summary

Futran Solutions seeks an OM Cloud Engineer to enhance, optimize, and support cloud-based Order Management solutions in a hybrid setup. You will manage integrations, troubleshoot complex production issues, and ensure the reliability of Order Management applications within the enterprise ecosystem.

You will support end-to-end O2C processes, including order capture, fulfilment, shipping, invoicing and returns, while monitoring system health and performance.

Qualifications

• Provide Level 3 production support for Order Management applications and integrations.
• Support end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes including order capture, fulfilment, shipping, invoicing and returns.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex application integration and data issues.
• Develop and maintain integrations between Order Management ERP and WMS and external partner systems.
• Configure business rules, orchestration processes, fulfilment flows and exception handling.
• Analyse business requirements and recommend scalable cloud-based solutions.
• Monitor application health, system performance and transaction processing.
