Job summary

Masimo, a Danaher operating company, is seeking a Sr. BSA for Oracle Fusion Cloud Order to Cash. The role is based on-site in Irvine, CA and reports to IT Transformation leadership.

You will help optimize O2C processes, gather requirements, and translate them into functional specs while partnering with Finance, Sales Ops, Supply Chain, and IT teams. Ideal candidates bring 5+ years of Oracle Fusion Cloud experience, strong analytical skills, and proven stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience supporting enterprise Oracle applications in roles like Business Systems Analyst.
• Strong understanding of the Order to Cash lifecycle (Quote to Order, Order to Ship, Invoice to Cash).
• Excellent verbal and written communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME for Oracle Fusion Order to Cash processes (Order Management, Pricing, AR).
• Gather requirements and design future-state solutions with cross-functional teams.
• Configure Oracle Fusion applications and support testing (SIT/UAT/Regression).
