Job summary

Masimo, a Danaher operating company in Irvine, CA, seeks a Sr. BSA to optimize Oracle Fusion Order to Cash processes in a fast-paced IT environment. You will act as the functional SME, translating business needs into Oracle configurations and ensuring alignment with internal controls and governance.

You will partner with Finance, Sales Ops, Supply Chain, Customer Service, and IT to implement scalable O2C solutions, support data migration, and coordinate testing across the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience supporting enterprise Oracle applications as a Business Systems Analyst, Functional Analyst, or Consultant.
• 3+ years of hands‑on experience supporting Oracle Fusion Cloud Order to Cash modules.
• Experience supporting at least one full-cycle Oracle Fusion Cloud implementation.
• Strong understanding of the Order to Cash lifecycle (Quote to Order, Order to Ship, Invoice to Cash).
• Experience gathering business requirements, documenting process flows, and developing functional specifications.

Responsibilities

• Serve as subject matter expert for Oracle Fusion Order to Cash processes.
• Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and design future-state solutions.
• Translate requirements into functional specs and support solution design.
• Configure Oracle Fusion applications aligned with requirements.
• Support SIT, UAT, and regression testing across O2C.
