Ventura Foods is seeking a skilled Applications Developer Sr to drive Oracle Fusion initiatives, primarily O2D, with collaboration across I2M, S2P, R2R, and H2R tracks. The role combines hands-on development with technical leadership, shaping architecture, and guiding vendor teams to deliver scalable, compliant solutions.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
Experience with Oracle Fusion implementations in Manufacturing and O2D track.
5+ years of Oracle ERP solutions development and cross-functional integrations.
3+ years of Oracle Fusion development (OIC, VBCS, FBDI, SQL/PLSQL, OTBI, SOAP/REST).
1+ year Redwood UI experience.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end Oracle Fusion solutions across O2D modules.
Architect scalable solutions and translate business needs into technical designs.
Govern build, deployment, and release strategies; drive automation and QA.
