Job summary

Allegis Group seeks a seasoned Lead Developer to design, deliver, and optimize Oracle Fusion HCM, ERP, and PaaS solutions, focused on Time & Labor, Core HR, and Expenses, supporting cross-functional enterprise initiatives. Responsibilities include translating requirements into lean technical specs, leading implementations, and optimizing Fusion applications to meet business needs.

OTBI, BIP, and APEX reporting are key duties; collaboration across front- and back-office teams is essential.

Qualifications

BS/BA degree in related field or equivalent experience.
5+ years of technical experience with Oracle Fusion HCM & ERP incl. Time & Labor, Core HR, Expenses.
8–10 years of experience in HCM/ERP/PaaS with requirements documentation.
Experience with OTBI, BI Publisher, and PaaS tech (VBCS, OIC, HDL, Fast Formulas).
Strong analytical, problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

Provide functional and technical expertise for Oracle Fusion HCM, ERP, and PaaS solutions.
Translate functional requirements into technical specifications for SDLC and review implementations.
Lead implementation, configuration, and optimization of Oracle Fusion applications.
Identify and drive process improvements to increase efficiency and scalability.
Provide day-to-day support and troubleshoot complex issues with clear root-cause communication.
Design and develop reports using OTBI, BIP, and Oracle APEX.
Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, Analysts, Developers, Testers, Managers, and business partners across teams.
