Job summary

Koppers Inc. is seeking a Senior Systems Analyst to optimize Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, SCM, and OTM, supporting Finance, Procurement, and Operations. You will troubleshoot, manage incidents, and collaborate with Oracle Support and MSPs to improve process efficiency.

The role requires extensive Oracle Fusion experience, strong governance with SOX controls, and the ability to translate business needs into practical configurations. Based in Pittsburgh with potential for cross-functional support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, information technology, or related field.
• Extensive experience with Oracle Fusion ERP, SCM, Financials, Order Management, Procurement, Inventory, Manufacturing, Transportation Management.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes across Finance, Procure to Pay, Supply Chain, and/or Manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Administer, support, optimize Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, SCM, OTM, and related enterprise applications.
• Provide day-to-day support for Oracle Fusion modules across Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Logistics, and Operations.
• Troubleshoot complex application, workflow, and integration issues; manage incidents via ServiceNow.
• Coordinate issue resolution with Oracle, IT teams, and external support partners.
• Develop, execute, and document test scripts for enhancements, fixes, integrations, and quarterly Oracle updates.
