Qualifications

• 5+ years in business analysis or process improvement roles.
• Hands-on experience with D365 F&SCM.
• Strong ERP understanding across finance, supply chain, operations.
• Experience facilitating workshops and requirements discovery sessions.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, document, and optimize business processes across finance, supply chain, operations, and corporate functions.
• Facilitate workshops, interviews, and discovery sessions with stakeholders to identify gaps and improvements.
• Lead business process mapping and develop current and future state workflows.
• Gather, analyze, and document detailed business and functional requirements for ERP initiatives.
• Collaborate with development teams to design and deliver solutions when configuration is insufficient.
• Create business requirements documents and functional specifications for enhancements and integrations.
• Support data mapping, reporting requirements, and ERP data structures.
