Job summary

Calfus is seeking an Oracle Financial Business Analyst to implement, optimize, and maintain Oracle modules (AP, AR, OM, GL, Projects, PMR). You will partner with stakeholders to maximize efficiency and ensure seamless integration across departments in a dynamic ERP-focused team.

The role requires deep Oracle expertise, strong analytics, and the ability to drive improvements across the Order-to-Cash cycle within an on-prem and cloud-enabled environment. Seattle or CA-based work is supported.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience with Oracle Financials applications on EBS.
• Proven experience configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting Oracle modules: AP, AR, GL, CM, OM, Pricing & Shipping.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Expertise with Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) and Oracle Cloud.
• Knowledge of business process analysis and system integration.
• Project management skills and experience with Agile methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement with Oracle Order Management and Financials solutions.
• Manage the Oracle AR, AP, and GL modules to meet operational business requirements.
• Oversee modules closely integrated with Finance like Projects and Order Management.
• Develop enhancements and value additions for optimization and better user experience.
• Conduct testing and validation to ensure performance.
• Deliver training sessions for users and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless integration across departments.
• Create detailed documentation of configurations, processes, and user guides.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices across Oracle modules.
